Dose per recipe

This blend has no fixed dose per kg: you set the amount according to your recipe and the flavor you want on your menu. Once you've found it, write it down in grams per kg of meat and post it at the workstation, so every cook uses it the same way.

How to use it

On chops, the blend works on the surface of the meat. Spread it evenly on both sides before the pieces go on the grill or into the pan.
