Packaging questions from food factories
For producers who pack in batches and want packaging that protects the product and carries their brand.
Roll stock is packaging film on a roll that an automatic machine forms into a pack, fills and seals; you need it when you pack on an automatic line. It's made to your line's dimensions, in plastic, metallized or aluminum film, and can be printed.
For products damaged by oxygen or light, aluminum packaging gives the strongest protection, while metallized film protects well but scratches can weaken it. How many extra days you really gain depends on the product, hygiene and storage temperature, and the final shelf life is set by the producer.
When you ask for a quote, tell us the cup material (PP, PS or PET) and its diameter. Our lids are aluminum or metallized, heat-sealed, available with easy peel and printed to order.
Zip bags in multilayer PET/ALU/PE, stand-up or side-gusseted, for 100 g to 1 kg, matte or glossy and with your design. These bags have no valve; freshly roasted coffee usually goes in bags with a valve, so ask us before ordering.
