Aluminum or metallized lids for dairies that fill yogurt into cups. The lid is heat-sealed onto the rim of the cup and closes it hermetically, with a high barrier against light, air and moisture.

How the lid seals

Aluminum lids stick to the cup with a heat-seal lacquer. The lacquer must match the cup material. Yogurt cups are usually PP, PS or PET, and a lacquer made for one material may not seal or peel well on another.

Easy peel and printing

Aluminum can tear when the customer removes the lid. The easy-peel option is made so the lid comes off more easily. Lids can be printed to order, for example with your logo and product name.
