How to choose sugar paper

Different from butter paper

Sugar doesn't release fat, so you don't need grease-resistant paper here as you do for butter. What matters is protection from moisture and a good seal. For butter and cheese we have butter wrapping paper, and you'll find all types in food wrapping paper.
